Domestic and overseas shipping Policy
While every possible care will be taken to keep your goods save and intact we cannot guarantee misadventure of parcels during freight.
All orders are processed within 3 business days.
Should items not be in stock we will advise.
Shipments or deliveries will not occur on weekends or holidays. If there are delays with our processing we will communicate via email, please include your email address when ordering Shipping rates and delivery, unless stated differently will be added to your invoice.
Unless advised differently we do not charge for packaging.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Method
Estimated delivery time
NZ Couriers 2-5 days.
Major centres 24 hrs overnight if possible from Courier Company.
We use NZ POST, or NZ Couriers Ltd or there subsidiaries.
Standard surface freight
3-8 business days, free if possible up to 2kg but there may be a tracking fee up to $12.95
KIP RACING & TECHNOLOGY will not be responsible for any claims or damage to goods including loss of goods incurred during shipping. These claims must be taken up with the shipping company. All goods are dispatched from us in perfect condition to meet shipping and postal requirements and any shipping limitations, delays, will not be considered by us. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will gladly assist where we can, so please let us know as well.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses will not be considered.
Shipment confirmation will be via email or TXT (Ph # must be supplied) and order tracking will be supplied when requested. We will let the customer know when the goods leave our premises.
International Shipping Policy, we will happily consider shipping internationally but first you must contact us to see if we ship to your country.
Customs, duties, and taxes, KIP RACING & TECHNOLOGY are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) and unless by previous arrangement will be charged prior to the release of goods within the customers country..
Prices advertised on our WEBSITE may not include NZ customs and importation costs (GST) these costs may be added or advised at the time of ordering. The reason for this is that often we don’t know the costs of importation until the product is established within our store.
